Job Description

As a Shift Manager at Subway, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sandwich Artists to provide excellent guest experiences, prepare and serve great food, and maintain a clean and functional restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sandwich Artists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure that great food is prepared and served to our guests
  • Maintain a clean and functional restaurant environment, including inventory control and equipment maintenance
  • Schedule and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
  • Practice inventory control standards and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
