Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Chicken Chef Family Restaurant Regent. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading our team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and maintain accurate records of our operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
