Restaurant Operations Manager

Boujee Restaurant & Bar is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
Working Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
