Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

Join our team as an Organizational Development Specialist and contribute to the success of our organization by designing and implementing corporate people programs, supporting team and organization effectiveness, and partnering with stakeholders to address organizational performance issues.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our People & Culture team and client groups to support organizational resilience and performance. As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will work closely with staff and leaders at all levels of the organization to develop and ensure successful implementation of people programs, meetings, and gatherings, and learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop corporate people programs to support organizational effectiveness
  • Support team and organization effectiveness through coaching, learning, and development initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to address organizational performance issues
  • Work collaboratively with the People Services & People Development team to develop and recommend learning and processes that support organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and implement evaluation tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets for learning
  • Provide consultation and advice to People Services Consultants to support team effectiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Adult Education, plus three years related experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in designing and implementing training curricula and involvement in developing comprehensive employee learning programs
  • Experience implementing and evaluating training and organizational development strategies for adults
  • Insights Discovery Accreditation and experience in virtual-based learning, and vendor and project management preferred
