Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

Join Bcodn as an Organizational Development Specialist and contribute to the success of our organization by designing and implementing corporate people programs, supporting team and organization effectiveness, and partnering with stakeholders to address organizational performance issues.

About the Role

The Organizational Development Specialist will work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of people programs, evaluating their efficacy and making recommendations for improvement. This role will also consult with, coach, and provide guidance to organizational leaders and staff to enhance their skills and capabilities, inspiring a respectful and feedback-rich environment that fosters engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop corporate people programs, including leadership development and competency development
  • Support team and organization effectiveness by working with People Services & People Development team members and other internal stakeholders
  • Consult with and provide guidance to organizational leaders and staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracted employees as needed
  • Initiate and support the contracting process by developing requirements and working with procurement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Adult Education, plus three years related experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in designing and implementing training curricula and involvement in developing comprehensive employee learning programs
  • Experience implementing and evaluating training and organizational development strategies for adults
