Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

At Bcodn, we are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing corporate people programs, supporting team and organization effectiveness, and partnering with stakeholders to address organizational performance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop corporate people programs to support organizational effectiveness
  • Support team and organization effectiveness through coaching, training, and development
  • Partner with stakeholders to address organizational performance issues
  • Consult with organizational leaders to enhance skills and capabilities
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracted employees
  • Develop and implement evaluation tools and data sources to track people development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Adult Education
  • Three years of related experience or relevant equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing training curricula and employee learning programs
  • Experience implementing and evaluating training and organizational development strategies
  • Insights Discovery Accreditation and experience in virtual-based learning and vendor management preferred
