Organizational Development Specialist

Join our team as an Organizational Development Specialist and contribute to the success of our organization by designing and implementing corporate people programs, supporting team and organization effectiveness, and partnering with stakeholders to address organizational performance issues.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of organization development theories, philosophies, and methods. As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will work closely with our People & Culture team to develop and implement learning and development programs that support our organization's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement corporate people programs that support team and organization effectiveness
- Partner with stakeholders to address organizational performance issues
- Work closely with our People & Culture team to develop and implement learning and development programs
- Consult with and coach organizational leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Manage vendor relationships and contracted employees as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Adult Education, plus three years related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing training curricula and comprehensive employee learning programs
- Experience implementing and evaluating training and organizational development strategies for adults
- Insights Discovery Accreditation and experience in virtual-based learning and vendor management preferred
