Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, client focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
