About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Scotiabank's Canadian Banking Branch network as a Financial Advisor.

As an essential member of our team, you will focus on providing exceptional service throughout the customer's journey by:

  • Taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requirements.
  • Educating customers and providing relevant insights and expert advice.
  • Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships with customers.
  • Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that aligns to a customer's stated goals.
  • To uncover and solve for customers' needs.
  • Mutual Funds licence and working towards the CIFP Diploma.

This role is based in Canada, specifically in Yukon, Whitehorse.

We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
