We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. o/a Petro Canada.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits.

About the Role
  • Prepare general ledger entries, journal entries, and trial balances
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and processing payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets
  • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare payroll
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in financial operations or accounting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Word, and MS Windows
