About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Redline Trucking. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, including receiving and processing payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a customer service role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Work Environment
