Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at VM Solutions Inc. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Assist with sales transactions, including processing payments and operating cash registers
  • Offer advice and guidance to customers on products and services
  • Maintain accurate sales records and inventory control
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products
  • Process sales transactions via electronic commerce
  • Greet and assist customers with their purchases
