About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Alberta Transmission Service. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to ensure a positive experience.
  • Administrative Support: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, operate the switchboard or telephone system, and record and relay information as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, schedule and confirm appointments, and receive and issue payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
Work Environment

As a Receptionist at Alberta Transmission Service, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, respect, and open communication.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
