Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Alberta Transmission Service. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to ensure a positive experience.
- Administrative Support: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, operate the switchboard or telephone system, and record and relay information as needed.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, schedule and confirm appointments, and receive and issue payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide clear and concise information to clients and visitors.
As a Receptionist at Alberta Transmission Service, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction and teamwork.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
