About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for implementing and onboarding global customers onto our Compliance product suite.

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the onboarding process. You will work closely with our sales team to assist with pre-sales, POCs, and provide technical expertise as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and onboard global customers onto our Compliance product suite
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and customer service throughout the onboarding process
  • Work effectively as a key member of a wider team during customer onboarding
  • Actively contribute to the implementation team's knowledge base and learning
  • Work with sales team to assist with pre-sales, POCs, and provide technical expertise as required

About You

We are looking for a goal-oriented self-starter with 1-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, configuration, and setup. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with top-drawer telephone and email etiquette. You should also have a general understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, and email protocols.

Desirable skills include experience with Salesforce CRM and Confluence, as well as knowledge and familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML / SSO.
