About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our growing team at Global Relay. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for implementing and onboarding global customers onto our Compliance product suite.

Your primary focus will be on providing a seamless experience for our customers, navigating technical challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and onboard global customers onto our Compliance product suite, ensuring a high standard of technical expertise and customer service.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, Support, and DevOps, to ensure successful customer onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Compliance product suite, staying up-to-date with new features and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and best practices, sharing your expertise with the team.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales and Proof of Concept (POC) activities.
About You

We are looking for a goal-oriented self-starter with a strong background in SaaS implementation, configuration, and setup. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key qualifications include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, configuration, and setup.
  • Strong understanding of domains, networking principles, message flow, and email protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with top-drawer telephone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, with high attention to detail and quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate technical challenges.
