About the Role

Cheema Smart Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to lead our construction operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Strategic Planning
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Supervision and Work Environment
    • Supervise 1 to 2 people

    • Bachelor's degree
