About the Role

Cheema Smart Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Construction General Manager to lead our construction operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Project Coordination
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
    • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Strategic Planning
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
    • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Team Supervision
    • Supervise 1 to 2 people

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Conditions
    • Willing to relocate
