Position Overview

As a key leader at CHEEMA SMART SOLUTIONS LTD., the Construction General Manager will oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a managerial role within the construction industry
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, creating optimal working conditions for success.
Supervision

Manage a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
