  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Provide customer service and respond to employee inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Direct visitors and provide general administrative support

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a secondary school graduation certificate. They will be proficient in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
