Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Staff Source Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work on site and not remotely
