At Integration Services, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team. Your duties will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings and other events. You will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and compiling data and statistics. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, arranging travel and related itineraries, and greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and typing and proofreading correspondence and other documents. Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings and other events
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence and other documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
