Fashion Stylist

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Stylist. As a Stylist, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Style and advise customers on our latest collections, ensuring a personalized and exceptional brand experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on brand campaigns, lookbooks, and new product launches.
- Actively maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring that product is readily available for customers and floor sets and standards are upheld at all times.
- Process transactions and store deliveries using our in-store digital tools, and respond to customer queries using our online customer service system.
- Handle and respond to first-line customer queries, emails, chats, and calls across multiple topics relating to product and customer orders.
- Empower customers to make informed purchasing decisions, while retaining their loyalty and trust.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising, general store operations, and personal shopping initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Support the store in reaching its targets, selling our collections to customers, and ensuring that our stores are looking fabulous at all times.
- Friendly and attentive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Awareness and knowledge of our brand, style, and brand values.
- Can-do attitude and enthusiasm, with a passion for fashion and customer service.
- Good problem-solving techniques and ability to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools and online customer service systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A confident communicator, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
