Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ROWDY'S BAR. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and manage our office inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
