We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services organization, you will play a critical role in accelerating our customers' success, adoption, and spend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with our largest and most complex customers, consisting of Fortune 500 companies, to understand their source-to-pay processes and systems.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and recommend solutions to help them adopt complex business features on Amazon Business.
  • Identify potential risks and gaps, and propose potential workarounds to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide status updates and insights learned during discovery with the customer.
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.
  • Collaborate and influence key internal Amazon stakeholders to drive the evolution of Amazon Business platforms and technologies.

About the Team

The Solution Consulting team sits within the Amazon Business Professional Services (ProServe) organization. Our mission is to accelerate our customers' success, adoption, and spend by guiding their journey with tools and services while building their confidence with insights and trusted resources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of services delivery, pre-sales/solution architecture, and/or sales experience.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Active listener and effective communicator.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions.
  • Experience in B2B file transfers of data files in EDI, cXML through HTTPS, sFTP, or AS2.
