About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services organization, you will play a critical role in accelerating our customers' success, adoption, and spend on Amazon Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with our largest and most complex customers, including Fortune 500 companies, to understand their source-to-pay processes and systems.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and develop solutions to help them adopt complex business features on Amazon Business.
  • Identify potential risks and gaps, and propose workarounds to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide status updates and insights learned during discovery with customers.
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.
  • Collaborate and influence key internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer success.

About the Team

The Solution Consulting team sits within the Amazon Business Professional Services (ProServe) organization. Our mission is to accelerate our customers' success, adoption, and spend on Amazon Business. We accomplish this by guiding their journey with tools and services while building their confidence with insights and trusted resources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in services delivery, pre-sales/solution architecture, and/or sales.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Active listener and effective communicator.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions.
  • Experience in B2B file transfers of data files in EDI, cXML through HTTPS, sFTP, or AS2.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ERP, Procure to Pay, and AP Automation business experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred (French and English).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • B2B industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with and working knowledge of Coupa, SAP, and Ariba systems.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, including work prioritization, resource coordination, planning, and task delegation.
  • Proven ability to influence others and lead customer engagements.
  • Strong ownership, bias for action, and willingness to role-up your sleeves.
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce.com), and other systems.
