Job Title: Exams Resource Deployment Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the planning and tracking of exams capacity requirements against demand. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exams by deploying the right mix and profile of Examiners and Venue Staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and track exams capacity requirements against demand using corporate systems.
  • Deploy Examiners and Venue Staff for Test Day delivery using BOSS and other relevant systems.
  • Support recruitment and management of Examiners and Venue Staff.
  • Communicate with operations counterparts in Cluster and countries on Examiners and Venue Staff utilisation.
  • Maintain up-to-date databases of Examiners and Venue Staff in relevant systems.
  • Act as point of contact for Examiners and Venue Staff through Venue Staff and Examiner Portals.
  • Arrange transport for Test Day Staff as needed.
  • Support Examiners and Venue Staff work reconciliation and payments process.
  • Support collection of venue staff personal, fiscal, and payment details according to legal requirements and QCA standards.
  • Assist in organising and conducting VS performance management activities.
  • Assist in management of Examiners quality and compliance framework.
Requirements:
  • English language skills to the CEF B2 level.
  • Hungarian language skills to the CEF B2 level.
  • Ability to understand compliance regulated procedures.
  • Working in a challenging environment against tight deadlines.
  • Working in a team.
Additional Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a pre-existing right to live and work in Hungary.
