Job Title: Exams Resource Deployment Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the planning and tracking of exams capacity requirements against demand. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and supporting the recruitment and management of examiners and venue staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and track exams capacity requirements against demand using corporate systems.
  • Coordinate the deployment of examiners and venue staff for test day delivery.
  • Support the recruitment and management of examiners and venue staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of examiner and venue staff details, training, and performance.
  • Act as a point of contact for examiners and venue staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Arrange transportation for test day staff as required.
  • Support the reconciliation and payment process for examiners and venue staff.
  • Ensure compliance with key equal opportunities and diversity principles.
Requirements:
  • English language skills to the CEF B2 level.
  • Hungarian language skills to the CEF B2 level.
  • Ability to understand compliance regulated procedures.
  • Working in a challenging environment against tight deadlines.
  • Working in a team.
Additional Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a pre-existing right to live and work in Hungary.
