Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to spearhead planning, execution, and monitoring of material and parts deliveries, aligning with production schedules and minimizing inventories through just-in-time principles.

This critical role will collaborate closely with suppliers, material handling, transportation, procurement, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track parts delivery plans
  • Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to prevent production shutdowns
  • Analyze strategic options to meet just-in-time objectives
  • Manage commercial relationships with suppliers and advocate for BRP's interests
  • Identify areas for improvement and coordinate with the team to implement changes
  • Establish recovery plans with suppliers and facilitate meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and French (4⁄5) for communication with internal stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Ability to travel when necessary
  • Strong autonomy and leadership skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent team player with solid priority management skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with negotiation expertise
