Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Municipalité du Canton de Valcourt.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our municipal team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to municipal staff, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital
- Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve productivity and workflow
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Perform other duties as required to support the team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as public administration or business
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a municipal setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive:
