Job Title: Global Supply Chain Leader - Driving Business Success

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Leader to join our team in Valcourt, Quebec. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply strategies that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals to identify and mitigate risks
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal partners
  • Make strategic recommendations to drive business growth and profitability
  • Optimize internal processes and interfaces to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic supply chain management
  • Proven skills in negotiation, risk assessment, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and French

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, a pension plan, and collective saving opportunities.
