Job Title: Front Desk Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alpine Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of customer service.
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities, communicate effectively with guests, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
