We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team at the Alpine Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the front desk area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, supervising front desk staff, conducting training sessions, and negotiating with clients for the use of facilities. You will also be responsible for performing front desk duties, enforcing policies and procedures, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, and assisting clients/guests with special needs.

In addition to your customer service skills, you will need to have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a basic security clearance and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
