Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alpine Motel. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, supervising staff, conducting training sessions, and performing front desk duties.
The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, and 1-7 months of experience in a similar role. You will also be responsible for negotiating with clients, enforcing policies and procedures, and addressing customer complaints.
As a Front Desk Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to stand for extended periods. You will also be responsible for establishing work schedules and supervising 3-4 people.
