Note: This role is remote; however, candidates should be located in proximity to major urban centers.

  • Craft compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide integrated solutions based on market opportunities and customer requirements to meet sales objectives.
  • Accountable for driving sales and revenue growth in Western Canada through strategic account planning and development.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and the organization.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with key account managers and marketing teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive positioning.

  • 5-8 years of experience in a comparable role with a deep understanding of the market dynamics relevant to Cascades Tissue Group.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the capacity to analyze data in relation to customer and organizational contexts.
  • Proficient in establishing relationships at all organizational levels and adept with office software.
