Lead Construction Projects with Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
