We are seeking an Inside Sales Development Specialist to actively develop new customers via calls, emails, and social networks.

This role involves managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to order placement, applying solution selling techniques to drive revenue growth, generating development leads for equipment, racking systems, rentals, and services, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, and preparing quotations and price proposals for customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively developing new customers via calls, emails, and social networks
  • Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to order placement
  • Applying solution selling techniques to drive revenue growth
  • Generating development leads for equipment, racking systems, rentals, and services
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers
  • Preparing quotations and price proposals for customers

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B lead generation, including prospecting and cold calling, excellent communication and customer service skills, autonomy, high motivation, and a results-oriented approach. They will also have strong time management and organizational skills, as well as fluency in French and English.
