We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Associate to join our team at Shangri-La Toronto. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in the Restaurant and Lobby Lounge, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Shangri-La's high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury service environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Current SmartServe and In Good Hands certification.
