Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Administrator to manage our front desk and perform various administrative tasks at our Etobicoke or Bloor West Village location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients at the front desk and directing them appropriately
  • Managing daily mail and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Providing accurate information to clients in-person and via phone
  • Completing daily cleaning and tidying obligations and adhering to sanitation, cleanliness, and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Mac Software
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (scanner, credit/debit card machine, tablets, and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude

Compensation

$16.55-$18/hr plus commission on sales
