We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ward Clerk to join our team in Ambulatory Surgical Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date health records
  • Performing data entry and ordering patient tests
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical team
Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Knowledge of Meditech (PCI, Order entry)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Knowledge of Access E-Forms Repository and Sharepoint
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
