About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Representative to join our team at ClickJobs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and qualifying leads, and booking appointments with our outside sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your persuasive abilities and creative methods to uncover potential new customers, gather data, and identify future sales opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting: Proactively contact all prospects, identify qualified leads, and set up appointments for our outside sales representatives.
  • Client Prospecting and Information Management: Acquire client prospecting information, lead nurturing, and customer information regarding expired equipment/buy-out requests.
  • Lead Screening and CRM Management: Screen inbound leads using Marketing Automation software, update CRM customer data, and record information from new leads and prospects.
  • Monthly Quotas and Sales Performance: Achieve monthly quotas for closed business and Sales Qualified Leads in Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Oral and written communication in English is required.
  • Resourcefulness and Drive: Demonstrate resourcefulness and drive to discover new potential business and meet your call and conversion targets.
  • High-Volume Prospecting and Communication: Handle high-volume prospective customer calling, appointment setting, and lead generation.
  • Professionalism and Coachability: Maintain a high level of professionalism to understand customer issues and identify an appropriate resolution or response, and demonstrate strong coachability skills to develop and continuously improve call scripts and take customer notes.
  • CRM and Technical Skills: Possess CRM and technical skills to enter data notes and lookup client information in Salesforce or other databases.
