About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Lead Generation Representative to join our team at ClickJobs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing, qualifying leads, and booking appointments to support our outside sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect New Sales Opportunities: Utilize your persuasive abilities and creative methods to uncover potential new customers by gathering data, identifying future sales opportunities, and confirming interest with existing clients.
  2. Qualify Leads and Set Up Appointments: Screen inbound leads using Marketing Automation software and set up appointments for appropriate Outside Sales Representatives, following up on actions with sales and service.
  3. Manage Prospect Lists and Generate Quality Leads: Schedule product demonstrations and invitations to special events to manage prospect lists and generate quality leads.
  4. Update CRM and Record Information: Update CRM (Salesforce) customer data and record information from new leads and prospects.
  5. Achieve Monthly Quotas: Meet monthly quotas for closed business and Sales Qualified Leads in Salesforce.
Requirements
  1. Oral and Written Communication in French: Strong oral and written communication skills in French are required.
  2. Resourcefulness and Drive: Demonstrate resourcefulness and drive to discover new potential business and meet your call and conversion targets.
  3. High-Volume Prospective Customer Calling: Handle high-volume prospective customer calling, appointment setting, and lead generation.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft exciting emails that pique prospect interest and result in new business.
  5. Professionalism and Coachability: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism to understand customer issues and identify an appropriate resolution or response, as well as strong coachability skills to develop and continuously improve call scripts and take customer notes.
  6. CRM and Technical Skills: Possess CRM and technical skills to enter data notes and lookup client information in Salesforce or other databases.
