As a detail-oriented and organized individual, we are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to manage daily office activities in our Winnipeg location.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars to ensure seamless communication among team members.
  • Maintain a well-organized office space, ensuring all supplies are stocked and easily accessible.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative professional or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
