As a detail-oriented and organized individual, we are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to manage daily office activities in our Winnipeg location.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars to ensure seamless communication among team members.
- Maintain a well-organized office space, ensuring all supplies are stocked and easily accessible.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation to support business operations.
- Proven experience as an administrative professional or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
