Office Support Specialist

The Royal Academy is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail, and recording minutes of meetings.
You will also be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages. Additionally, you will be required to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and have strong time management skills. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and reliable
- Strong time management skills
