We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Calgary, AB team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, creating initiatives, and managing all sales activity within the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow current customer base and sales volumes
  • Develop strong customer & vendor relationships
  • Strive for the highest level of customer service within the branch
  • Communicate company initiatives & policies internally
  • Support, manage, and/or coach all branch personnel
Requirements:
  • Related experience in management, sales, hardware and/or electronic access
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Business Administration is an asset
  • Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
  • Experience with computer systems & processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable planning & reporting on a monthly basis
