We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NNA Ticket Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This includes coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and organizing daily operations, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs

This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
