Job Title: Associate Benefits Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Benefits Consultant to join our team at People Corporation. This role is ideal for a benefits expert looking to leverage their experience and knowledge to make a meaningful impact on our clients.

In this position, you will work closely with our dedicated team to provide consulting services to medium and large clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in making recommendations on plan design, pricing, and delivery of group benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and special risk benefits for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support client retention and mitigate risks.
  • Assess, negotiate, and prepare reports and presentations for group renewals.
  • Price and analyze costings, including assessment and analysis of alternative funding arrangements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in group benefits in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
  • Deep expertise and understanding of the group benefits industry, including funding arrangements and flex programs.
  • Superior analytical and mathematical skills, strategic planning, communication, and listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and strong team player who works well with internal and external stakeholders.
