The Role

This position is a key contributor to the MCAP Servicing team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a Servicing Team Member, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and resolving disputes in a creative and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support to clients regarding MCAP products and services
  • Analyze and interpret customer inquiries, utilizing well-developed judgment and decision-making skills
  • Develop and implement solutions to resolve client disputes, demonstrating ownership and accountability
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with the MCAP team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a preference for call center experience
  • Completion of high school and/or some college, with a focus on business or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
