Financial Services Representative-French

At CB Canada, we're seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative-French to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process financial transactions, including trades and transfers, with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and fund companies via phone and email
  • Work collaboratively with the Data Integrity team to resolve any reconciliation issues
  • Resolve exceptions generated from transaction and account reconciliations
  • Process corrections and complete Letters of Indemnity for fund companies
  • Participate in a rotating phone shift schedule with varying start times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or financial services role
  • Proficiency in French and English languages
  • Knowledge of the mutual fund industry, including MFDA dealer accountabilities
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets and customer service software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IFIC Operations course or CSC Designation
  • Knowledge of FundServ and Univeris applications
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

This is a remote opportunity with a 4-month initial contract, with potential for extension beyond.
