Customer Service RepresentativeJob Summary

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide timely and proactive resolution of resident inquiries and concerns
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure high resident satisfaction through consistent attention to Centurion's vision, mission, and values
  • Promote a strong sense of community and facilitate resident engagement
  • Conduct viewings, provide information, and assist with lease applications
  • Organize and host student events, including open houses and resident gatherings
  • Assist with move-ins and move-outs, conducting suite inspections as required
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of other languages an asset
  • Ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning, and common sense
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve difficult issues
